Stonewall Cymru Assembly Elections Hustings event

Tuesday 19th April, 6pm-7:30pm
Hosted by Enfys, Cardiff University's LGBT Staff Network at the Optometry building, Cardiff University.

The event will give lesbian, gay and bisexual people their opportunity to ask what the main political parties will do for them in the next Assembly term.

Vaughan Roderick, BBC Wales political presenter and Welsh language blogger, will host a cross-party debate with representatives from the Conservative, Labour, Liberal Democrat and Plaid Cymru parties focusing on how their policies for the next Assembly will affect lesbian, gay and bisexual people.

This hustings event will give voters to the opportunity to hear how each party has responded to Stonewall Cymru’s election manifesto in the areas of education, healthcare, public services, hate crime and representation.
